This is a good book/system for anyone that is interested in writing a book. I have owned the binder version of this for many years.

Being a "purest", I do NOT write in my books. None of them. So what I do is keep all my notes and everything in Google Docs. Others will not do this, but that is the way I roll.

When I am in writing mode, what I like to do is look at the day I am on (1 to 30) and read the days plan. Then I put my head down and get to work doing the writing that is needed to accomplish the days target.

Really, it is just a matter of sticking with it and pushing forward and at the end of those 30 days you will have your first draft and a sense of pride of being a creator of something.

Moving your thoughts from your mind to the written form is work, but the fulfilment is well worth the effort.
