As stated on the sales page, you will probably need to make a $10 purchase to get started (unless you have been doing Internet marketing for a while) but that is the only cost in order to get this started and for going forward.
I would have liked to see some screen shots of affiliate commissions using this method on the sales page but will give this a concerted effort and see what I can make myself.
I highly recommend this BSO (see below for ratings) since it is easily implemented, and all the information has been included. If you can follow the simple instructions and give some time and effort on a consistent basis I think this one is a real winner (and I hope a big money maker).

Thanks for your interest. To answer your questions:

1) No, it is not Reddit per se. It's a technique to get targeted traffic.

2) It can be used to promote anything as long as your product or service is something that has a demand. From my personal experience, I have used it for digital products as well as physical products such as those from Amazon.

4) That I wouldn't know. No one will know cos it all depends on your efforts, products sold, demands, and a host of other factors. This is a traffic technique, not an investment

5) Paypal is fine.
