Old trick always works!

IMO, this video is pretty basic... Any video editing tool will do. OpenShot is a free, open source one, and it's easy to use. Even old school Windows Movie Maker will work, but you'd need to have XP (?) installed, IIRC. For the voiceover, you can use Fiverr or even a text-to-speech program.

I remember there was a video editor with artificial intelligence, where you write a request and it does everything by itself, I forgot the name of it.
