Let's say I just created a scrapebox like program and wanted to sell it. What kind of precautions would I have to take before doing so to cover my ass legally?

Is there much legal risk when selling a scrapebox style program? How do I protect myself??

Fake paypal account?

Offshore hosting?

Don't make a site for it?

Please advise.
