54-YEAR-OLD Wayne Lèal taught his first fitness class over 30 years ago. He said “I've seen and heard enough diet and exercise rubbish to last a lifetime”. 20-21 is a fusion of callisthenics, yoga asana, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Meditation.
