For those of you still looking for this, you can find it on premium links (Rapid.gator) and use a debrid app such as Real-Debrid to strip the DRM from them before downloading.

Real-debrid is affordable and supports RG (and other premium/paid host) links as well as Google Drive, Mediafire, Mega, Scribd, YouTube and Vimeo links.
