Simple: Steps:
Goto https://linktr.ee Signup and edit your profile.
Goto https://linktr.ee/admin and click add link -click view all.
Click - Grow your following and again click view all
Click Threads. 0 Add your link and Title
Part 1 done!!!!
Now click the purple icon :

Copy the link.
Goto http://lil.so and shorten the URL there. You have just created your 2nd TIER HIGH DA on both backlinks
Promote the sh** out of them
