I bougtht his product somewhere in a GB. My honest opinion is it's a waste of time. He makes a big deal out of that supposedtly system that allows him to rank and rent websites and then rake in 500 a pop. Problem with that plan is that material has absolutely no information on actual ranking the site. His literal suggestion is to look for a high price client niches in a small towns and look for searches of 50-100 per month in Google ads and based on that either pick or dump the keyword. He also gives a list of towns in USA with their population and a list of categories that he scraped from GMB listings. That is it, you are left to build a website, fill it up with a contect, rank it somehow, and then sit and wait for the leads to pour in. I think he uses "his contractor friend" as an imaginary character just so people wouldn't sue the shit out of him. All in all the course is a big waste of time. Off to the next shiny thing!
