Recently bought Adobe Cloud. Set up was easy and I had full access. A couple of weeks later I lost access and although it was confusing getting back in it worked. Then a few days later I lost access again. The first time I lost access I asked for a refund and was denied. This service is a scam and not working. Reporting to admins.
Adobe CC is best selling product in my thread. The first time you reported problem I fixed it in 24 hours. Second time you did not even contact me. You went straight to leave a review. At least you should have contacted me or expressed your displeasure in private than going full throttle in public.
Anyway you are readded. Save your work to your personal account, not in admin account. So that you don't loss access.
