Four dry books on Folic Acid.
This is another thing easy to miss but critically important, especially in the 50's and 60's and beyond.
I suffered for several years trying to figure out why I had low energy and other out of sort feelings that I never had before. Till I started taking Folic Acid and later as part of a multi vitamin and multi mineral supplement (Equate, Walmarts private label multi vitamin and multi mineral supplement fit the bill well).
See L'Evate AD by Steve Harvey, it's the only place I seen anything about Folic Acid. I had just started taking Folic Acid but increased it after seeing Steve Harvey's AD.
What a difference.
Potassium is another biggy. More on that in another post to come.
