The message also suggests I use the standard prefix "www." but even when I do, the result is the same. When I run diagnostics on my Windows PC, it shows the problem is unresolved and suggests there could be a misspelling in the URL.

I even found a video on YouTube for this Udemy course with a different URL ( https://www.freecus.com/learn-3d-animati...ng-videos/) and the same thing happened when I followed the link to the sales page.
It could just be my computer but I'm posting here to find out.
