Would like not post with scrapebox on page that's are already used too much.

I can't understand fully what you are talking about but here's what I can give:
1. If you need to look at how many blog posts a blog has an approximate and easy option would be to type site:<url here> in Google.
Ex: site:bestblackhatforum.com
That way you can get an approximate number of indexed pages in Google for that site which is close to the number of blog posts.
2. Outbound links in a blog post? Use the Scrapebox OBL links checker.
3. Backlinks to a page? Traffic Travis and Open Site Explorer will do but I highly recommend Open Site Explorer.
