In refer to my testing regarding backup creator which you can read here
Virus scan:
Download:
PW:
-Upload to your WordPress plugin folder through FTP or WP Dashboard.
-Activate
-Scroll to setting > select backup creator > click backup and wait for few minutes depend on how big is your file inside a domain.
-Click the zip file and download into your hard drive.
-That's all
For restoring backup creator file:
-Upload the zip file to any server you like.
-Install Empty Word Press as usual.
-Again, go to setting > backup creator > select on restore from URL. Make sure you know where is the exact URL backup creator zip file is located (You can use Firefox to test the download zip file )
Once you restore, it will restore the whole WordPress exactly same as your previous blog that included themes, plugins and file uploaded.
This is easy and fast.
You gotta love it.
However, you have to ensure which hosting allow this way of backup that utilized almost 90% of CPU resources which is likely to send you into banning! So, be careful!
