Using the Airtable view, you can easily filter each website by:

• Organic traffic
• US traffic
• US traffic cost
• Domain rating
• Niche category
• Ad network
• Domain Age
• Site Language
• Number of indexed pages
• Monthly earnings (based on $10 RPM)
• Estimated value (based on 36x multiple)
  

To comply with third-party data suppliers, [b]we do not share the Domain Rating of the websites[/b]. The Domain Rating is segmented as follows:

• [b]0-10 [/b]is DR less than 10
• [b]10-20[/b] is DR 10 to 20
• [b]20-40[/b] is DR 20 to 40
• [b]40-60 is DR[/b] 40 to 60
• [b]60+[/b] is DR 60+
  

The websites have been categorised using IAB industry categories. Here are a few examples:

There are over 200 categories that can be used to filter the list and find only those niches that interest you.
We have also created an [b]Opportunity Score[/b] to help determine the ratio between the domain rating and the US organic traffic. The lower the DR and the higher the US traffic, the better the score.
This is pretty rudimentary but it is another way you can sort and filter the list to try and find hidden gems.

You can use this database to find opportunities like new niches to quickly compete in, or explore low-hanging fruit in your existing niches.
