My admiration for John Van Auken just goes up and up the more I see of his presentations and exercises.
For years I passed over his pyramid stuff, but how it ties in to the the bible and current matters, matter.
I'd love to see him comment on astral projection, that's my next area of study with the Cayce material, I got nothing with "astral projection" but "astral" seems to be showing results.
Lots of junk out there and I have gigs of it, with Cayce I just zero in on something and cut down the study time and increase comphrension and apply it at the same time.
