I'm setting up this: the menu not appear if not in numeric and alphabet

look at the photo below, it should have 6 menu total.

can someone pro in php can help me to solve this please

i found the solution, the creator use cufon font to display the text, and i'm writing in mandarin language, the font set that made by cufon didn't include mandarin character.

So i just remove the command for font replacing,
or you can create your own font using cufon and replace the generated code.
