Your post doesn't give me enough to be able to help. Are you saying what I've posted in the original share is the problem or has METHOD #3 (the alternative) stopped working?
You have been a member here since July 2014 --- you should know how to search Google for alternative solutions when something stops working.
I Googled "envato elements graphics for free" and got a lot of links to websites with tutorials and downloads; including these Youtube tutorials...
