The dropbox account I ordered stopped working some days ago. I noticed I could not access the files I uploaded since the dropbox account was transferred to another account. I need to use the dropbox everyday for work related things. It is not useful to me if the account is limited because it is full. Please resolve this, I have waited for too long for it to be resolved.

I already asked via PM for the snap. Send me snap of the error in jpg or png format along with your email ID where dropbox invitation was sent. Files are never deleted.
