@kimjackie: This is an aged thread (1 year and 9 months old) and links don't last indefinitely. I can't re-upload it (since I never download it from this thread) but I can tell you how to find it on your own.

It looks like you've been a member here since April 2014, so you should be aware of some of all the online resources we can go to for finding files shared on this forum when the OP's links die.

This is available on Amazon's Kindle Unlimited, but if you don't have a paid account there, you can also find this title on Annas-Archive (ebook download site) ... and maybe even PDFDrive, among other sites.

Below, I've posted links where you can download April Dunford's Obviously Awesome and her Sales Pitch ebooks from Annas-Archive.

How to Download From Annas-Archive:

1. Click the link provided to be taken to the download page.

2. Click on the Option 1 (Slow Partner Server #1) link under SLOW DOWNLOADS and verify you are a human by clicking the square in the box on the browser screen. NOTE: This step may not show up on some browsers, so skip this if it doesn't show on yours.

5. Repeat the process to get another ebook, if desired.

ABOUT THE TEMPLATES

As for the "templates" mentioned in the OP download, I'm not sure if they are covered in the e-book; so I did a Google search for April Dunford pdf and found some template PDFs from this author.
