you ask in the wrong place.
First, this forum is MyBB, and there is no notification system, so you won't get notified even if someone like me answers.
Second, you ask about LTD in Request section. I guess most people don't understand what LTD means.
Now here is the solution.
Go to BHW and ask in Youtube section, they use xenforo, and there is a notification system.
Another option is to go to Facebook and join some LTD-related groups and ask. They might know what you are looking for.
I doubt you will find LTD for video making. It takes many resources to render the videos on the server. The only LTD I know was InVideo because they sold Agency accounts before, and it can create unlimited subaccounts.
