Thanks for the share! I admit I was not impressed with this method as it is quite old, or maybe it's because I already knew about it back in the day, but there were some extra tips at the end that I found helpful.

The method has to do with reselling steam account of game on eBay, I went on eBay and saw some sellers doing the same thing, so the method still works well. However, I don't see this method being scalable in the long run because eBay dislikes these types of sellers and easily bans their accounts but the OP did provide some tips to stay under the radar and avoid having your account banned. I think the method is for newbies who are new to the game, as it can help build some capital.
