@tinamou99: I'm so sorry ... I'm just now seeing your post from last year.

I didn't want you to think I ignored your request to replace those images. Unfortunately, though, they seem to be lost forever.

Sometimes I actually log into my postimages.org account before I grab an image or a screen-shot to share in a post. Other times, I don't. And now I can see that the risk of not logging in first puts the lifespan of the image in jeopardy of eventually disappearing (it's only temporary).

In that post, I was replying to a request sent to me via PM and quickly grabbed screen shots of my search strategy to illustrate each step in the process. I pasted the URL in the post but because I didn't log in first, the images died on the server.

The good news is: You can still follow the steps I take to find Gumroad products for free in my post here...

All you missed by not seeing those images were illustrations of each step I took. If I said "Do a keyword search using Gumroad, like this..." then the image showed my keywords typed into the search engine's text input field. The next image showed the search engine results from those keywords.

But as I said, you can basically follow the steps for finding downloads on Gumroad (only for "name a fair price" items) using the link to my Gumroad Goodies link shared above. It's all there...step-by-step.

This strategy does not work for a paid product, where the price is set (non-negotiable) by the seller; only for items where the cost is free (zero dollars) or you're allowed to put in a price (which could still be $0).
