You are 53, 62 or even 76… and you are tired of being “tired” all the time!

Your get up and go has gotten up and left the room. You are an old man, fatigued and not very physically capable. You are truly sick of it. And I mean really sick of it! Life, you feel, has passed you by, or so you think. You are entering your final decades and you have physical and emotional limitations. Missing your 20s and 30s where you had a quality of life is now constantly on your mind. Is this the beginning of the end for you? Are you an old grandpa in the making... or a vibrant man who is still very physically capable?

Well, which one are you? Answer me!

As I am approaching 60 in a few very short weeks, over the past year or so I asked myself this very question. In doing so I decided to do something about it. Research and studying everything I could on anti-aging, longevity and improving one's “healthspan” lead to me supplements and healthy activities that have proved to be very beneficial to me and my overall physical performance (despite being 59 years of age). And hopefully improved healthspan and longevity.

This is not a lengthy book. But this is my experience on doing my own self-discovery on what works for me in improving my overall physical capabilities. I tell you why and what I take, the dosage, how it makes me feel and a science backed research document that justifies my taking said supplement. This short book is for those of you looking for answers and need a place to start. A place where an actual 59 year old guy uses what he talks of in his book. A place where he shares some of the researched evidence demonstrating why these supplements are worthy of your consideration.

Just a starting point for those of you men and women out there who still have challenges you want to face with “get-up and go”! With the energy and gusto you had just fifteen years earlier. From here it is up to you to do your own due diligence to discover all you can to improve your health and wellbeing so you can still be the badass you once were.
