Does anyone have Mike Burnick's Little Black Book of Income Secrets they are willing to share? This was an Agora Financial product from 2018-ish.

There is another book of the same title by Tom Dyson
but this is not the book I am searching for.

The book I am looking for is by Mike Burnick.

Does seem like it would have some interesting nuggets in it. I've searched and searched for it. Seems it's long out of print, and Mike Burnick has personally bailed on all his websites and his Facebook page. My guess was he was actually dead -- until I came across a recent article about where he would invest $5k for 2023. YMMV
