We checked Fiverr, Upwork and Freelancer...can't find these spokespersons anywhere.

We also been emailing him in both English and Portuguese...yet still no response.

We believe he is from Brazil.

Have you read the book, "How to Bullsh*t Your Way to Number 1"? It's about a guy who got his 'shed' ranked as the #1 restaurant on Trip Advisor for London England. Yep, a shed, that he and his girfriend were living in . . .
To me, the main point in the book is this - have lots of friends and ask for their help! (He got all of his friends/relatives to write 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor until he was #1 - without ever serving a meal.)
I'm wondering if your guy is using the same concept. Start out with friends/family and then (if necessary) buy some from others . . . ?
Also, some of his "reviewers" review different products, so he's using them multiple times. The guy in this vid (https://youtu.be/mgJDu1UC7z8) is featured several times.
