Is there a service that does this? I know you can buy accounts but from what I've seen they don't offer top ups.

Do they card? I'm a bit skeptical about this, mainly because carding in this day and age is extremely difficult, especially on huge platforms, and not to mention that a lot of scammers are not that technical.

Do they exploit the ad coupon system somehow?

Do people have "a guy" that they send crypto to and he tops it up?
