Thanks for sharing your method bro...I think the real problem is getting a~dwor~ds accounts setup and the ads approved IMO. Getting vouchers is not so hard these days.

You can ask any Indian to create adword account and ask them to select manual payment, account will start running once you pay Rs.500 to google adword.
I am sure you are aware you cant promote affiliate via adword.
