Nothing sells more products than the perfect words.

Words that turn your readers into buyers.

But there are other important factors to consider, if you want to have success as an online marketer...

- Your presence matters: Is your site easy to reach, read and navigate? Does it tell your prospects all about your offer and answer their questions about it?

- Your price matters: Does your price reflect the value of the product yet is affordable? If the cost is fair but a little out-of-reach for most, do you offer payment plans like split payments?

- Your positioning matters: Does your knowledge of the prospect's problems or needs show in your web copy? Do you come across as a professional who stands behind his claims? Do you show confidence that you can solve your readers' problems or help them to realize their goals?

- Your words matter: But nothing matters more than your words. Do you write clearly so your prospects can understand your offer and terms of the purchase?

Some of you are too young to remember Dr. Ken Evoy and Monique Harris.

Ken Evoy is a Canadian physician who became an entrepreneur when he started SBI! (an acroynmn for Site Build It!). His site provides a structured online toolkit that his customers can use to create info products, build websites to showcase them to the public and make money. He now brands SBI! as Solo Build It!

Monique Harris is an entrepreneur who popularly partnered with marketers Evoy and Terry Dean to co-create a product.

On her own, however, she most notably published a long-running information marketing newsletter, delivered digitally two times each month. Subscribers paid her $19.95 each month and gave it raving reviews.

Harris co-authored a book, Make Your Knowledge Sell! with Dr. Evoy. This tome sold for a hefty $49.95 a pop back-in-the-day.

But you can get it free on SiteSell.com.

And that's not all. Dr. Evoy brought out a series of these Make Your * Sell titles over the years.

If you learn anything about these two marketing mavericks, understand that they both are OVER-deliverers. They provide a lot more value than their customers are paying for.

Evoy now brands his SiteBuildIt as Solo Build It! for a new internet generation. I'm not a customer --- I believe with WordPress and other site building platforms, this service is no longer as attractive to newbies as it was in the 90s.

Still, you can learn a great deal from old-school advice to become an online selling success.

Evoy, alone and in partnership with others, have put together helpful guides to help you:

I came across the ad above during my link hunt for this share on yesterday but the link in the ad is long-gone. It goes to a 404 error page. I even tried the site in a ripper tool but even though it's still online, there is no real content there anymore.

Long, long ago in a different space and time...

I fondly remember receiving a huge package delivery one day, out of blue.

It was addressed to me, but I had not ordered anything recently, so I was confused.

Then, on opening the package, I see this beautiful "thank you" card in Monique Harris's beautifully scripted penmanship.

Turns out, this marketer had sent me a trio of her most popular (and highly premium) products!

So, what makes me so special that an internet marketer takes time out of her busy existence to send me three of her most top-selling products? With a thank-you card, to boot!???

All I did was send her a short letter saying how excited I was to get her bimonthly downloadable PDF newsletter for internet marketers, book authors, and info sellers each month.

I mentioned how two of her "gems of wisdom" published in the most recent newsletter issue were solely responsible for boosting my bottom line for a digital product I wrote and it sold like hotcakes --- all thanks to her marketing savvy.

To say I was touched by her kind gesture is beyond words. I'll never forget it. At a time when marketers were mostly all selling their digital wares for $97, this was a fairly expensive "gift" --- and a really big deal --- at the time.

Alas, a lot of years (and a couple of house moves) later... I never saw that trio of products again. It was as if someone "lifted" them but I most likely lost them in a move.

Anyhow, I have feverishly been searching for a digital download of The Paperless Newsletter Publishers Guide ever since. To no avail.

And when I came across this olden-times ad on yesterday, I almost shrieked out loud to find a digital version. But that link goes to a 404 error page. This product was sold back in the early 2000s so it probably doesn't even exist anymore.

And sadly, Monique Harris seems to have disappeared completely. She is nowhere to be found. Rumor has it that she got into the furniture business and took everything she had online down.

That makes no sense. It doesn't even sound right. But, okay.

Years ago, I sent an email to Terry Dean since I had heard that he was selling the physical version of the guide at one time.

He wrote me back, too (another pleasant surprise) to say that was a long, long time ago and that he no longer carries that product. And no, he hadn't heard from Monique in years.

So... if anyone here has this product in digital format --- or know where I can get it in a download --- please, make my day.

For those that aren't using Firefox, a quick workaround is to right click on the image icon to the left of the word, "[Image:...] and click, Open Image in New Tab and you should be able to see the image when you click on the newly created tab.

This works in my Edge browser...I haven't tried it yet in Chrome.

PS - Thanks Layna for posting this update.
BTW, I use imgbb.com to upload graphics files (including .png), click the Start Uploading button and select a file to upload from PC/laptop, select "Don't Auto Delete" option, then click on the Upload button, then click on the small image, a larger image will display and then right click on this larger image and select "Copy Image Link" (which will have a .png or .jpg at the end of the url) and then use that to post in a thread and display here on BBHF. Note: the last part is important as you don't want to copy the url link at the top of the screen as it won't work on BBHF, it has to have either a .png or .jpg at the end of the copied link. If it doesn't work for you, just PM me and I'll walk you through it.
