When I then enquire to receive instant download link via Mega, I was informed by the seller: There is no Mega link. I have to complete each assigment, report to the seller before I will get next assignment.

You pay and got nothing, they just pretend they have the complete course but they don't and they just collect your payment.
No worry if other legit sites have this. Then it is pretty sure that this will be updated on this thread, or other helpful members will add an update on this, feel free to do so. Thanks.
@Andreo you could have join mvp access instead, since this will be 1st updated on my thread (mvp#9315) as soon as i have it. Don't risk joining other site(s) claiming they have it cause so far the other update(s) are not yet leak, if it is, then it will be updated either 1st on mvp or here.
