My immidiate thought would be that in you should setup an affiliate service on your site.
There are several good options in regards to wp plugins that does this very simply.
Then simply promote the affiliate program various places and if you did a good job, you should get sign-ups
Naturally you will need to create a great affiliate page so people can see what they will be promoting.. Good luck
