Thanks for the honest review. If the GUI is so important I will soon use a React template or something to improve it. But the core and functions are working and I think that matters. About the training, you can check out the Blog and videos.
Anyway. You are right.
And the 5 years of development means that includes also the Desktop software. Did you try it? It's unlimited and will even send SMTP emails with all the data gathered. Plus it will automate sending messages on Linkedin. I'm working so you can setup xpaths for sending messages on any network.
Coding it by myself has been a challenge. Bootstrapping it with the money I earn solving customers' issues.
However, if you want I can give you a personal demo call to give insights and gather feedback to improve it.

i liked what i saw in the videos i watched despite the crappy ui that is just god aweful. but something isn't sitting right with me and i can't put my finger on on and after 5 years after he launched he still hasn't ironed things out. i wish i knew what was troubling me about this product because it does really look good...
