Hi I am wondering if there is a way to scan the course video to see if the course owner put any hidden watermark/tracking/sound into the video to track who leaked the program?

I don't think so, too many variables

Yes, it is possible, but I don't believe many do because it involves "work" (+ depending on how many video courses, computing processing power/etc). But it is also possible to do a few things to remove it.
