Yes. Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
He/they use a tactic that is intended to boost the conversion rate such that they claim 7 or 8/10 campaigns are successful. They start with (relatively) low daily budgets of $20 a campaign, but might have more than one campaign in play at any time, of course. (But if a campaign is in profit, why wouldn't you? provided the cash flow was OK.)

The videos in the download total around 22 minutes.

But of course they are promoting a lot of additional products inside their membership site, as you'd expect (8? OTOs if you buy the product, I think.)
