Yeah, I bought QRVerse in a GB on here, and no, I can't access my login either.
I've been in touch with the GB organiser several times about it.

The first time being the 30th of October!

Did you get a message 5 days ago saying it would be resolved within 48hrs too?

I think fixing problems with previous GB's that have issues like this, for all buyers, should have priority over setting up new group buys.

Anyone else agree?

Please do not join any GB if this is conducted via pm and if the GB thread does NOT exist.

Cause i did search for "QRVerse" and i found out that GB was submitted on 07-11-2022, 01:00 AM:

I paid GB fees BrandElevate.
Botmatic was supposed to be 1st replacement for BrandElevate.
But as Botmatic did not launch, the replacement with QRverse is considered my first GB replacement.

So Video Campaignor will be my second GB replacement.

Please convert Video Campaignor to permanent status.

so this explain the GB is gone or not accessible. If any GB thread is not accessible then it is either move or declared as failed GB.

On rule those failed GB, the GB seller/starter must REFUND ALL BUYER(s),
so if you see any GB that does not exist, do NOT join any GB that are done via pm and without GB thread that exist here on BBHF.

All complaint against the GB seller SHOULD be POSTED here:

your COMPLAINT THREAD will NOT be deleted NOT UNLESS the GB seller resolve the issue either he deliver what the GB buyer paid for, or refund the buyer.

I repeat @everyone before you join any GB, make sure the GB thread exist and if in case the gb thread is gone, ask any of the mods right away cause who knows the GB seller declare it as failed GB so he/she can start another new GB, so they hold/keep your payment which is against the rule since on rule if gb is declared failed and gb remove, all buyer must be refunded on a failed GB.

Understood Omni Potens....

...However:

* The GB thread was posted.
* We joined the GB.
* The GB was delivered.

For a short while, we could login and use QRVerse as anticipated.
Unfortunately, soon afterwards, for some reason, none of us could login to the QRVerse members area anymore.

That was when I tried to go back to the GB thread only to find it was gone.
At some point after joining and paying, the GB thread apparently disappeared from the forum.
But, as it had been delivered, the fact that the thread had gone was not a huge concern, as I could contact the seller (SW) via pm to ask if he knew why.

Apparently, whitelable resellers had to change the setup at their end...or so I understand.

It has been a couple of months now that we cannot access the accounts that we have paid for, and around 2 weeks ago I received this in my inbox:

The 48hrs passed two weeks ago and it is almost 50 days since I first enquired about being unable to access QRVerse.
It seems that SW has to reconfigure the accounts he sold us at his end.
Nobody that has bought the GB can use it until this happens - again, that's as I understand it.

Samuraiwarrior obviously has his business to run and other GB's to deliver and admin, but we are stuck until this is fixed.
It is an unusual situation this, because the GB has been delivered but, as the whitelable reseller, we need SW to sort out our accounts.

Nobody bought a GB that wasn't listed, nor through pm.

Also, clearly there was a demand for QRVerse and the GB did go ahead.
If it didn't, why did I and the others who received that same pm, get our QRVerse accounts?

I have bought countless GB's from SW and have had no complaints. Nor am I complaining now.
All I want is access to the purchase I made, and to make sure that there are no misunderstandings, because it appears there may well be.

I can attest to the truth of Solar33 claim. I joined a LIVE GB that was posted in the forum, was initially granted access, then for some reason a short time later we could no longer access it. SW has repeatedly promised to fix this -- first he was sick, then on holiday, then some other excuse.

As Solar33 said, SW normally does a fantastic job of delivering on his GBs, but on this one he is falling flat. If he can't deliver, he should just say so.

Again, like Solar33, I want access to the software, I don't want a refund.

Is it time to start a complaint thread on SW?

Thank goodness SW came through on QRVerse, finally. I'm glad he was able to provide the login without us having to create a Karen thread to complain about it. Nobody needs the extra pressure.

Anyway, he came through and we can login once again.

So, once again, QRVerse sold by @samuraiwarrior is down. If you purchased through him, and you are seeing the same thing I am, let's start a complaint thread. SW has sold some fantastic GBs, and I appreciate them, but he is not responding to my DMs or my emails.

So technically, he delivered the GB, but it's broken less than a year later...
