Hello my friends. Does anyone have this book to share?
Dan Kennedy has made me so much money it's not even funny. I bought this on my Amazon Kindle when it first came out so if someone can show me how to extract it I am more than happy to share. But seriously, it's only a few bucks on Amazon so I'd just buy it if I were you :- )
