@StillStanding: Thank you for posting and for your reps, my friend. I'm so glad you brought this up. I didn't actually plan on continuing this, so there is no November issue in the works. I should have thought better than to call it Layna's Links Letter(after the ones I used to do monthly about a year or two ago).
It ultimately became too much of a chore because while it's fun to find those links, there's still the process of filling the newsletter pages. You know how thorough I am, and it was taking too much time to get it to look the way I wanted --- time I could have spent downloading!
So, the whole point in my doing this particular one was to show just how easy it is to locate [Reported by Members as premium hosting that SUCK! Use MEDIAFIRE or MEGA.NZ :) !!!] links online or to grab them from online course sites that feature premium links.
Then, the next step is to get yourself a reliable, efficient debrider tool like Real-Debrid to convert those links. I talk about the freebie premium link generators that claim to do the job but fail almost every time --- either in the job they do of converting/generating links or the hoops you have to jump through to get the files onto your computer. And we're not even talking about the risk to your computer from using these spammy sites.
Last of all, you'll need a large-capacity external hard drive that you can connect to your system to save all those premium, high-quality files but disconnect it if you need to.
I have personally lost 2 computers over the years to viruses, etc., but thanks to using external hard drives from that point forward, I have been able to save huge numbers of downloads.
And since the typical internet marketing type courses are now gigabytes in size, there's no skirting the issue. You must have a high-capacity (as in terabyte) external hard drive.
I currently have six 3-TB to 5-TB external drives. Only one remains unused and 2 are at capacity. The majority of downloads are high-value files I find in my web searches or from sites (free and paid) I get premium links from.
I couldn't do it without Real-Debrid.
So, long-story-short... I am sorry to report there will be no November issue. Using the info in that report, I hoped to encourage people to hunt for RG (and other premium file share) links on their own.
You know the old adage:
GIVE a man a fish, and you feed him for a day.
TEACH a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
Then, there's also this...
You can lead a horse to water
But you can't make him drink.
Anyone who resists getting themselves a Real-Debrid account or refuses to learn to search for premium links for the courses they want, have only themselves to blame because they are missing out on literally TERABYTES of top-value downloads.
If my little report manages to hammer home that single message, then it will have done its job.
I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD: I don't remember if I mention this in my report, but for anyone who may wonder why the focus is on [Reported by Members as premium hosting that SUCK! Use MEDIAFIRE or MEGA.NZ :) !!!] links, that's because Nitroflare links (the 2nd most popular host for shared files) usually comes up empty. If I had a single paper dollar for every NOT FOUND error message that has come up in Real-Debrid for Nitroflare over the years, I'd be wealthy today.
Some people on BBHF may already have a paid account on a premium site and may feel they don't need Real-Debrid but they are short-changing themselves to using links from that single host. With a Real-Debrid account, they could be using any links from a wide variety of file share hosts.
You will see a set of icons that illustrate all the host sites Real-Debrid supports at the bottom-right of the user interface inside your account (see below):
Simply hover your mouse over each icon to see the name of the host site.
Being a multi-host debrider is the greatest benefit of having Real-Debrid.
It supports both premium and non-premium hosts, such as Mega, Vimeo and Zippyshare. That might come in handy for you if Zippyshare likes make your browser go bonkers (I've read lots of posts from people who have issues using Zippyshare links because the site is so spammy with ads, etc.)
To my surprise, I just learned that Real-Debrid also supports Scribd links. Which makes me wonder if it will convert Scribd links to download from categories other than "documents."
Most of you already know there are free Scribd download sites that allow you to get a download from the "document" category (ex: scribddown.com is one of several --- just do a search for Scribd download sites to find more) but they are restricted to "document" links only. In other words, the word document must appear in the link. But other categories, such as audiobooks, e-books, etc. have no downloader --- you must have a Scribd account.
So, I'm going to test an e-book or other non-document link from Scribd in Real-Debrid to what happens.
And don't forget: You can pull different file parts of a single course from different file share hosts to get the complete download because all of the file parts are interchangeable. That means if you can find 3 of 5 file parts available to download on [Reported by Members as premium hosting that SUCK! Use MEDIAFIRE or MEGA.NZ :) !!!] but 2 of the file parts are dead, you can visit another course download site to search for that course and test links there to find the missing file parts to complete the download.
The absolute best way to begin using Real-Debrid is to visit any course download site that features premium links (I list a few of them in the report) or visit ebookee.com and browse listings or search for what you like. Then copy and paste the premium links into your Real-Debrid account to get the party started.
