Since it is a team account, the background removal credits and the iStock premium credits are shared among all the participants.

I have several Parent accounts to keep this limits in some acceptable rates, and this is the main reason there is a limit of the BSO participants.

There is nothing else you got to pay besides the plan. - You will have unlimited videos projects, unlimited high resolution video exports.

I purchased an InVideo account from you a couple of years ago and have been using it on and off. Now, when I try to log in, it’s asking me to enter a verification code sent to the registered email.

The problem is, I don't have access to that email. Both the email address (with the @cuoly.com domain) and password were originally provided by you to access invideo so I can't directly login to the email.

Could you please help me recover the account?

Absolutely I can help with that - please after you enter your email and you get taken to the OTP submit screen, check the link on the bottom saying "Switch to Password Login" . Screenshot : http://prntscr.com/ZGfCXU4a8dMX
