@Posters 7, 8 and 9: Why do you guys keep doing this? It's like you don't know about all the resources available to get these kinds of downloads without waiting around for someone to PROVIDE THEM for you! I can only assume you know what I'm talking about because (with the exception of poster #8) the other two of you have been members here for a very long time.

StillStanding is very good with re-upping and maintaining his shares, so he very well may come back and post a refreshed link. All I'm trying to say, though, is why even post for a re-up when a 10 second search can find this title? You've got the keys to "The-Keys-to-the-Kingdom" with all of the free-to-access online resources--- use them!
