ListingPro is by far the best of the lot. I have tried a few in a production environment, but this one shines.

Thanks for your advice! :) Checked all these out but none really looked all that great so far. There are newer/better designed directories with more built-in features. Gonna buy something soon and will post a copy here. But I do appreciate the OP's efforts!
