I do not have a company registered on my name in the UK, can i still open this account?
also, what if i can use someone else company details with my own personal details (my name is not registered with someone else's company detail in companies house UK)

Regarding this bso method, you need to have a business registered in your name. You can't use someone else company details with your own name.
