Yes, it is from 2019, found it off an expired domain, but looking at his Youtube channel and others looks like it still is current and working today. I did not see many blackhat techniques in the training.
The only thing that would worry me is using other people's videos without permission as some do but looks like he goes over "CYA" by asking permission to use content from the holder.
But one way to find out is to try it.
