It's not just your post. I've seen this a bunch this week. I think it's a new format being tried, randomly being inserted into different posts. I've seen it in posts I made this week also.

1-- Can you please check whether the traffic you drive on father's day directly from Google or Etsy search
2-- also by title you mean to place keywords in the title? or just copy the title
3-- Do you think that Etsy's listing ranking on google is because of authority? can we replicate it on the blog with little authority
