Most folks think of yeast infections as problems for women, as in 'vaginitis', but ANYONE can suffer from this scourge in its most common form - candida overgrowth.

There is a vastly larger truth concerning yeast/mold/fungus and IMO it is very sad how so few folks know about this subject, so they go to the medicos for antibiotics which only slow the stuff down for a while.

Having an overly active, in-body population of yeast/mold/fungus is very common and can be a gigantic health challenge (I speak here from experiences honestly acquired !!).

Scaling it all back to a more healthy level can be quite challenging too.

There are many substances which the yeast/mold/fungus doesn't like to eat and can be used in helping to control its growth - but it simply cannot be totally eradicated, sadly.

Smith is still here - and it came to my attention that Lumos is more descriptive of who I am and what I do - as my sig explains (a little...).
