this is the old version 1 not the new version

It seems to be the old link given out. You can check by opening the file and then going to File ->Properties and it will show you it was from 2012 and not from 2014.

Alright guys I can't grab the finished Fiverr Factory2 Report only the JV one and it says it's a draft

There are 23 files in the s3 bucket and you cannot download all the files including the 2014 Fiver Factory PDF. This one shows the 2012 Fiver Factory PDF.

Just purchased the FE for $9.95

It's set up as a membership site

FE includes PDF which seems to be almost the same as the 2012 version, however the FF2 version on page 2 has the copyright date of 2014. In a quick scan of both, it seems that they are pretty similar.
