Dreamhost has a promo: 1 free .shop domain.

However, after you register the first, promo stays open... so you can register as many as you want, i guess.. I got 7.

Note: if first domain doesnt go thru, go to support, tell them the story and they will "refresh" your account and the domain will register.

......and after that... register as many as you can... i guess :))

does it require a CC to register the domain?

Top site does not show this deal - maybe removed it already ??
(I was tempted to get 'DONT.SHOP' for free...)

.SHOP is presently 2.99USD - BUT - look below it at the 'normally' and you'll see 29.95;
That is what it will cost to renew, as with all of those shown - failing to check the 'normally' price may end up as a disappointment.

Anyhow, I need another domain like a fish needs a bicycle and if/when I might, I'll stick with Namecheap, thanks.
