If you know what hash code means.
It is on file that is auto blocked. even how many times you added a reupload on it , it will auto display as blocked flagged or reported automatically.
To bypass that remove some file or add some file, rename each files and folder name, or reupload it and add some password before it can view so the file will be marked as private, that is the only way the file will be save from auto blocked or auto deletion, and one more thing avoid using same mega account.
Please import it on different mega, rename the file, change every file name, folder name, then create a fresh mega link and before sharing it import it on another mega account.

Try sending me a pm on fresh mega link copy not the one you share here on public, but the fresh one i mention to bypass the hash code and i will help you in making mirrors for this.
