It is not possible to overstate the importance of this subject matter.

Turning off 'the sugar switch' is even further complicated by all the OTHER commonly consumed things which metabolize into sugars.

The 'normal' addiction to sugar begins when we are very young and is also responsible for the 'epidemic' of diabetes.

(BTW - I have watched it fully, twice because it is truly THAT good.)

I shared this link with a friend after explaining my own journey in shutting off that horrible craving and avoiding becoming artificial insulin dependent (a death sentence, in truth).

She lost the excess 1/2 of her obese body weight, easily, and has been happier, healthier and more active ever since then.
