I'm new here. Just discovered this forum when searching on Google. I need an Email Marketing Server with at least 50 IPs that will rotate after some percentage of emails sent. Preferably Interspire with Power MTA Installed to be able to Rotate Signature and Subject, SMTP rotation, Feedback Loop, DNS Setup, MX Records and other configuration that will improve high inbox delivery.
If you're capable of doing this, kindly pm me with your cost and features. I will also need information on where to get bulk email friendly server.

You could have opened new thread mate its almost 2012 thread.

If your just looking for SMTP and IP rotate i would suggest take one RDP and install VPN on that with 10mins VPN reload. and install SMTP client.
