I have attempted to install this plugin yesterday. It did not install and then right after my Wordpress install crashed presenting the 'white screen of death'. What do I do???

I tried installing this plugin yesterday. My Wordpress crashed and now I am getting the white screen of death... what do I do????? I tried to get a developer to try to fix it with no avail.

HA! The AgencyScripts domain has already expired and this looks now like ghostware! The IM machine spits out another victim!

Does Anyone happen to have this plugin saved somewhere. I think I erased it and need it.
