A smart guy will know how to decode it especially that some hits were given. If you don't think you're a smart guy, then power off pc, throw it and get a regular job like cleaner at McDonalds. Don't forget to unplug the pc before you throw it ;)

@merlinra: if I wanted every n00b to get this tool I wouldn't encrypt the password. So stop giving hints because no one asked you for this. You managed to decrypt the password ... good for you, just use the software and keep it for yourself.
A real smart guy during the time he wasted on decryption he could crack the software by himself. So you are not impressing anyone by giving additional hints.
